Developing a great voice doesn't take years, all you need is knowledge of the proper techniques that will develop you to your full potential in the shortest amount of time."

"If you know the right training techniques you can develop a star quality voice in as little as three months."

Did you know the worst kind of instruction you can receive is by someone who sings naturally well, or has had singing instruction since they were a child? That is because they've always been able to do it and have never had to break it down to its fundamentals.

Many times students of mine that came from other coaches have told me, that the coach tried to force classical techniques on them insisting that if you can sing opera, you can sing anything. Let me tell you that just aren’t true. Most opera singers sing in chest or head voice and maybe a little of middle. If you try to do this while singing pop, rock or r&b, you'll just be laughed at.

The human voice is just like any instrument. It can be played many different ways and can pander to many different musical tastes. If you train for years to sing opera, guess what, you'll probably sound like an opera singer and it will be very difficult for you to ever switch to another style. If you train for years in a choir, guess what, you'll be a great choir singer not a deva or lead type of singer.

You could be learning techniques in a few minutes that will enable you to sing in a commercially viable voice that can be applied to any style, be it Rock, Rap, Pop, Country or Karaoke. Vocal Release is aimed specifically at learning how to sing in a commercial voice.

There are six useable parts of a person’s voice, they are; Vocal fry, Chest voice, Middle voice, Head voice, Whistle, and Falsetto. I'll describe just Chest, Middle, and Head. The other voices are used almost entirely for style, and should be worked on after smoothing out the most common bridges.

This is the voice that most people talk in. When you sing in your chest voice, the cords are all the way apart and air flows over the whole length of them. As the name implies, this is a deep full sound. Most of the resonance is felt below the cords in the upper chest and comes straight out of the mouth without stopping at the back of the pallet or the mask.

It is the voice most abused by singers that do not know how to adduct or shorten their vocal cords while singing. Chest voice is only supposed to be taken to the point where you can no longer go comfortably up in pitch. A lot of singers force or pull up chest to higher notes that they should be hitting with middle or even head voice or mixed voice as some term it. More information
